Variations on the same matter

Here I show another example: Finding the root of a bigger number with four decimal places. To my mind it is more complete tan the previous one.

Suppose that finding the square root of the number 18872162 is required.














































































In this case, there is no integer number which verifies the test because 147590 is smaller than 868842. Therefore, the third decimal place of the solution is zero.



































Then, the square root of 18,872,162 with four decimal places is 4344.2121 y and the remainder would be 0’6070599
